At RKI, our primary focus is organization effectiveness and building strong communities. Rona Roberts and Steve Kay founded RKI in 1983 and are its partners. Steve is a highly experienced facilitator with 30 years of experience in guiding groups in conflict toward producing worthwhile results. Rona conducts market research and long-term qualitative studies, and designs and fcilitates large group processes, particularly using Open Space Technology and dialogue. Rona founded www.savoringkentucky.com, dedicated to advancing Kentucky food, farms, farmers, and foodways. Rona and Steve host weekly cornbread suppers every Monday night at 6pm. All are welcome.
