Salvage Building Materials was founded in 1994 in an old tobacco warehouse on Angliana Avenue to sell “new materials at salvage prices” by John T. McCloud, a former RJR tobacco buyer.  After 17 years, Salvage has evolved into selling mostly cabinets for any room: kitchen, bar, or bath with vanity tops and thousands of knobs in stock. We have 2 kitchen/bath designers on payroll to design your dream kitchen from start to finish.  In addition, we are the US distributor for Teakcloseouts.com, son Kevin’s business.  Daughter Audra is on hand most days now that John and Melanie have retired and turned the business over to the next generation.  We hope to give you the best price by the nicest sales staff in town.
